Piments Aji Lemon

Description

Our Aji Lemon chili peppers are harvested and then dried to preserve as much as possible of their fresh, fruity and naturally citrusy aromas. Available in a 10 g size, they can be used whole, crumbled, ground into powder or rehydrated to add a kick to sauces, marinades, soups, meats and cooked dishes.
